About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Channel Support Specialist to play a key role in maintaining and developing resources for our Service Sales channel partners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Service Sales team and our partners to ensure they have access to the tools and materials needed for self-sufficiency, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing sales performance across our online channels, driving results and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our partners while positively impacting the overall customer journey. This is an onsite position located in Kenosha, WI or Greenwood, IN.
