Identify and research missing sales information which includes partnering with peers and external departments to troubleshoot and resolve sales issues Reconciles and balances sales information for domestic divisions which includes validating point of sale detail by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all sales and cash office data, and register transactions are in balance prior to releasing to the General Ledger Communicate with Cash Office associates regularly to resolve outstanding sales issues Address customer service issues and research discrepancies on behalf of Field Associates Research and respond to debit and credit chargebacks Offer training to peers and/or new hires as needed Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Who We Are Looking For: You.

Requirements

  • Ability to assess and shift workflow ensuring both individual and Department deadlines are met
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, while meeting strict deadlines
  • Strong problem solving and follow-through skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office, general computer, and computation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail is a must

Nice To Haves

  • Cash Office or banking experience preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

Responsibilities
