Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts efficiently while maintaining compliance.
  • Understanding of financial implications in contract structuring.
  • Contract management and data analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales contract management in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage the negotiating process of contracts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and legal compliance.
  • Proficiency in CLM software for contract management, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations while monitoring key deadlines and obligations.
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and business units to ensure contracts meet organizational needs.
  • Assess risks associated with contracts and implement strategies to mitigate potential liabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, terms, and modifications in contract management systems.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth contract execution.
  • Ensure contract governance, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve contract-related disputes and issues with vendors, clients, or internal teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on contract processes and best practices.
  • Analyze and report contract data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and project leader for large projects.
