Requirements

  • Experience in a software business, particularly understanding of subscription contracts
  • Experience in a sales support or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office suite and demonstrable ability to understand different systems

Nice To Haves

  • Degree level education or demonstrable experience
  • IT Literate with the ability to learn new systems, both CRM and ERP
  • Sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Principle support for all NA based sales representatives across New Business, Upsell and Cross-sell
  • Create & deliver accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring that all information is complete and compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Ad hoc requirement to negotiate with vendors to obtain special pricing and special-order items and ensure commercially reasonable margins. Ensuring the terms of any third party input costs mirror standard terms.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for all products and services requested
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that all quotes are
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer (internal and external) inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all opportunities are properly qualified and pursued
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiencies
  • Acceptance of sales orders from customers and managing the handover of ordered work to relevant internal implementation teams with the organization in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Ad hoc updates and maintenance of Sales Orders through the implementation cycle to ensure timely billing
  • Process license key's or enable strings for required products
