Requirements

Flexible schedule
Sales experience and comprehension of the automotive industry
Basic computer operating knowledge
Streamlined onboarding process
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

Determine customer needs and preferences, including budget and features of the desired vehicle.
Assist customers with test drives and explain characteristics and capabilities of the vehicles.
Introduce and negotiate competitive vehicle pricing, financing options, incentives, and other terms of the sales process.
Maintain a follow-up system after each deal that encourages repeat and referral business.
Submit, process, and complete customer vehicle sales documentation to the Finance and Insurance Producer.
Attend product and retail seminars as requested by the manufacturer.
Obtain weekly and monthly sales generation targets set by the dealership's Sales Management Team.
