About The Position
Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (Hoover) is seeking a Sales Associate who will sell new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting dealership sales goals, greeting customers, determining their vehicle preferences, explaining features, and demonstrating vehicle operations. The Sales Associate will also compute and quote sales prices, complete necessary paperwork, arrange for vehicle delivery and registration, and engage in business development while maintaining customer satisfaction index (CSI) at or above company standards. The position requires maintaining an organized and safe work area, participating in required training, and adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
