To keep up with demand, we’re looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our team. Requirements

• 2+ years of professional sales experience (construction or design knowledge is a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Aptitude and excitement to design outdoor living spaces, with training provided.
• A consultative approach - someone who listens first, then recommends solutions.
• Comfort using technology and managing sales activity in CRM systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to meet clients in the showroom and occasionally at their homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in our showroom or conduct initial meetings virtually to discuss their vision for outdoor living.
• Guide clients through our proven design and sales process to create customized solutions.
• Build trust, educate clients on options, and collaborate to create projects that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Partner with our team to keep projects moving smoothly and ensure an excellent client experience.

• $30 - $40k base plus commission, with most consultants earning $60-70k in year one.
