About The Position

At Air Charter Service, no two days are the same! You will be a part of a collaborative sales team arranging group charters for elite clients! From professional sports teams, to music tours, to corporate groups and destination weddings. It's a relationship-driven environment where you will connect with clients daily and deliver exceptional travel experiences! Life insurance Paid maternity/paternity leave 20 days to start in vacation time and more earned each year Paid sick time 12 paid public holidays Additional paid leave for your birthday, wedding, moving house, holiday shopping and more Job Description A DAY IN THE LIFE Managing the full sales cycle Travel on-board charters Manage the charter process; from qualifying through quoting Establish good relationships with clients and team Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits Balance the demands of a work life and a personal life Keep up to date with market trends; controls costs and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value Adapt to the team, consults others and communicates proactively Contracting and flight setup Move clients to the next step in the sales process Building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization
