Bray and Scarff is seeking to add an Appliance Sales Consultant to the team. Job Summary Appliance Sales Specialists work inside a retail showroom in a high-integrity, relational sales environment. Our product assortment is very broad, from premium washers and dryers to the best luxury appliances. Consultive sales skills, attention to detail and goal-driven mentality are critically important in this position. Appliance Sales Specialists are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals and maintaining and updating a prospecting system. They must be continuously learning all products, services, and marketing promotions.

Requirements

2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (ex. appliances, electronics, auto sales, real estate, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with Retail Sales is preferred however, relevant sales experience will be considered for this opportunity

Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving goals/objectives
Generates quotes/invoices
Meets and communicates with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions, and provide follow-up and assistance for all aspects of our product and service offerings
Utilize and update our contact relationship management (CRM) tools
Maintains store appearance standards
