Sales Consultant, Uncapped Commission, $60K–$100K+ Potential
About The Position
Steinhafels is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about using their creativity to help customers create their dream homes. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available at their retail store location. This is a full commission sales position with no cap on income potential. During the first 4 pay periods of training, an additional $15/hour bonus is provided on top of commissions, with quarterly and annual bonus opportunities also available. The role offers flexible hours and a healthy work-life balance. Steinhafels provides paid training and all necessary tools for success, working with top-quality products and an excellent service and delivery team. Requirements
- Comfortable using and training on computers
- Available to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends, when customers shop the most

- Great organizational skills
