In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the purchase of award-winning Ford and Lincoln vehicles. You will be responsible for building relationships, demonstrating vehicle features, and ensuring every customer receives a world-class experience consistent with the Lincoln luxury standard and Ford’s reputation for reliability. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers upon arrival, listen to their needs, and provide expert advice on the best vehicle to suit their lifestyle and budget.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the entire Ford and Lincoln lineup, including trim levels, engine performance, safety features, and technology packages
  • Conduct professional walk-arounds and accompany customers on test drives to demonstrate vehicle capabilities and features.
  • Guide customers through the purchase process with transparency and integrity, from initial consultation to price negotiation and financing paperwork.
  • Ensure a seamless delivery process by ensuring the vehicle is detailed, gas tank is full, and the customer is comfortable with all technology and features before driving off the lot.
