Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a strong plus
  • Automotive background is a bonus — but not a requirement. We'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Build genuine relationships with customers on the floor, online, and over the phone
  • Guide buyers through the full vehicle purchase experience from first hello to final handshake
  • Stay sharp on Ford's product lineup, current incentives, and what's moving on our lot
  • Use our CRM tools to follow up, stay organized, and grow your personal book of business
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales goals with the support of a coaching-focused management team
  • Become the kind of salesperson people send their family and friends to — on purpose
