Responsibilities Answer phone calls promptly and courteously. Assist with customer inquiries and administrative duties. Maintain a professional and organized reception area. Support dealership staff with communication and clerical tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
