Requirements

  • Proven success in high‑line automotive sales; Porsche experience strongly preferred
  • Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for Porsche vehicles and the ability to speak confidently about design, technology, and performance
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, dealership software, and MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every client with exceptional hospitality, building personalized relationships and understanding their unique automotive needs
  • Deliver engaging product presentations that highlight the performance, craftsmanship, and advanced technology of Porsche vehicles
  • Leverage in‑depth knowledge of the Porsche lineup to match clients with the ideal model
  • Collaborate with F&I and Sales Managers to structure deals, negotiate terms, and support leasing or purchasing requirements
  • Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries, creating a memorable ownership experience
  • Provide proactive, concierge‑level service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations
  • Participate in ongoing Porsche and Holman training programs
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and professionalism across all departments
