We specialize in innovative employee benefits solutions—including level-funded and self-funded medical plans—that deliver cost savings, improve employee health outcomes, and help our broker partners grow. With deep carrier relationships and a strong presence in Texas, we are rapidly expanding our North Texas footprint. We are seeking a high-energy, consultative Sales Consultant to join our team and build lasting broker and employer relationships. Role Overview As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing relationships with employers and brokers in the North Texas market. You’ll consult with clients on health insurance funding strategies, compliance requirements, and benefit design—while leveraging HIE’s partnerships with leading carriers like UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Baylor Scott & White, Sana Benefits, and more. This is an onsite position in the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex area. This is a sales-focused role with the support of a dedicated GA team for quoting, enrollment, and ongoing client service.
