About The Position

We here at Principle Toyota are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the sales pipeline, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Your goal will be to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process of high-end vehicles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or high-end retail sales is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Experience with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and managing leads.
  • Knowledge of retail math and inventory management practices is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in cold calling or outbound sales is desirable.
  • A background in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships is essential.
  • Must be able to clear a background check

  • Conduct public speaking presentations for promotional events or community outreach programs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients.
