After achievement of any guaranteed amount additional per-car bonuses will be earned with no limits Opportunity to earn additional quarterly bonuses every quarter Five-Day Work Week most weeks. One week per month you will have a 4-day work week and be scheduled off Friday and Saturday. Requirements

Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
Experience is preferred, but we will train the right applicant
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Self-motivated
Organized
Excellent customer care. Follow-up is crucial
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & MVR
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must complete the pre-screen survey
Must attach a current resume

Responsibilities

Build relationships & create customers for life.
Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure the referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Direct report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
