The company is seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional service to customers. Sales Consultants will confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process and the cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMATCH®.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants
• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends
• Ability to work between 40 and 55 hours a week
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs

• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages

Responsibilities

• Leverage our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, empowering customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations
• Assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers
• Confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch
• Provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions
• Reset the showroom floor
• Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
