Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the dealership's sales process.
• Manage every aspect of the sales process, from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
• Present and demonstrate our extensive inventory.
• Maintain and update daily inventory reports.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create and review monthly plans.
• Uphold dealership standards for Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly unit targets.
• Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification requirements.
• Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively.

Benefits

• Pay range for this position: $50,000 - $150,000
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education
