• Present vehicle options like a pro : showcase features, advantages, and performance with confidence
• Conduct high-impact test drives and in-depth product demonstrations
• Close deals with skill : negotiate pricing, finance options, and trade-ins
• Stay sharp : keep up with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
• Build loyalty through top-tier customer follow-up and long-term relationship building
• Communicate and work deals remotely via phone, text, chat, video, and email when customers are unable to schedule a visit
