About The Position

As a Sales Consultant, we are looking for a driven, numbers-oriented individual who is hungry to grow, produce results, and build a long-term career in sales. This is a true revenue-generating position, not administrative. You will work in direct partnership with a Sales Executive, managing an existing book of business while actively generating and converting new opportunities. This is a career track role for someone who aspires to become a Sales Executive and is willing to put in the work to get there. You’ll play a vital role in engaging clients and delivering tailored financial solutions while thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. We’re looking for a driven, high-energy sales professional who doesn’t just wait for opportunities—you create them. Leads are provided, but when volume slows, you’ll proactively generate opportunities by making calls, building relationships, and closing deals. With the right drive and hunger, the earning potential is limitless. Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with a Sales Executive to grow and manage a book of business
  • Engage with new leads and drive them through the sales process
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to maximize conversions
  • Support strategy execution to increase client value and retention
  • Break down financial concepts and communicate them clearly to clients
  • Stay organized and proactive in managing pipeline, opportunities, and follow-ups
  • Contribute to a high-performance, results-driven sales environment
