Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, competitive, and goal‑oriented personality
  • Basic computer and math proficiency
  • Ability to explain product performance and benefits clearly
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo pre‑employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
  • Assist customers in making purchase decisions through active listening and needs assessment
  • Maintain enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Demonstrate a friendly, competitive personality, especially during objections and pricing negotiations
  • Provide strong customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
  • Work directly with employees and customers to build relationships and enhance the sales process
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Show interest in training additional sales associates and working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment drug screening
