Requirements

Proven success in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
Competitive drive with the motivation to achieve top results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Weekend availability (closed Sundays)

Responsibilities

Engage customers with professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process
Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that create value
Use proven sales tools and CRM systems to manage your pipeline and follow up effectively
Generate referrals and repeat business through exceptional service
Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed individual and dealership goals
