About The Position

Studio Belmont is a curated showroom destination for premium hardware, plumbing, and home décor. We work closely with designers, architects, builders, and discerning homeowners to bring exceptional spaces to life — and we're looking for a Sales Associate who shares that passion. About the Role This isn't a typical retail sales position. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex, high-investment projects — guiding them through product selections that balance beauty, function, and budget. You'll own relationships from first conversation through project completion, becoming a go-to resource for your clients and a key contributor to our showroom's success.

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail, interior design, plumbing, hardware, or a related field
A consultative, client-first approach with strong instincts for building rapport
Confidence working alongside trade professionals on detailed, multi-phase projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational habits and the ability to juggle multiple active projects
Comfort with CRM software, POS systems, and general computer tools

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with decorative hardware, plumbing fixtures, or lighting is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Consult with clients in-showroom to understand their vision and project requirements
Build and nurture long-term relationships with trade professionals — interior designers, architects, and builders
Curate product recommendations that align with clients' aesthetic and functional goals
Manage quotes, follow-ups, and communication with accuracy and care
Partner with the showroom and purchasing teams to keep projects on track
Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
Help uphold the showroom's visual standards and welcoming atmosphere
