Requirements

Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier

Nice To Haves

Self-starters with strong communication and people skills
Positive, professional attitude and commitment to customer service
Experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the entire sales process — from inquiry to vehicle delivery
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
Learn and execute strategies to grow market share and build lasting customer relationships
Stay current on vehicle features, incentives, and industry trends
Meet performance standards in sales volume, customer satisfaction, and product knowledge
Use CRM software to manage prospects and customer interactions
