Advantage Toyota of River Oaks is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, customerfocused Sales Consultants to join our team! Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process—from product discovery to delivery
• Maintain strong knowledge of Toyota models, features, and financing options
• Follow up with prospects and customers to build strong relationships
• Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to store performance
• Provide an exceptional customer experience at every step
