What You’ll Do Customer Experience Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a positive, professional, and knowledgeable approach. Build and strengthen relationships with customers by understanding their needs and helping them find the right boat or product. Jump in wherever needed — sales, service, or parts — to make sure every customer leaves satisfied. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and a professional appearance. Communicate proactively with management about opportunities to improve the customer experience. Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture where everyone supports one another’s success. Sales & Support Engage with walk-in, phone, and online customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with lead follow-up, product demonstrations, and test drives. Enter and manage customer information accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS). Prepare, review, and process sales paperwork with attention to detail. Participate in dealership promotions, community events, and sales initiatives. Work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals in a motivating, high-energy environment.
