Job Overview As a Sales Consultant, you will: Call leads, follow up on inquiries, and book appointments via phone, text, and email Assist customers in finding their perfect vehicle Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits Negotiate fair and transparent pricing Complete sales paperwork Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction Maintain a clean showroom Set up test drives and answer customer questions Attend ongoing training sessions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in computer and internet applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 6 months sales or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities
