Subaru Concord in Concord, NC is currently hiring for motivated and driven Automotive Sales Consultants to join our elite Sales Team. Our management team is hands-on and committed to your success.
Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few. We will train the right candidates for the exciting field of auto sales!
- Ability to present our product and close on customer sale
- Must to be driven with a positive attitude
- Valid & clean driver license record

- Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs, locate the right vehicle, and ensure that every customer has the best car buying experience ever.
- Reviewing the features and benefits of the vehicle with the customer
- Negotiating and finishing the transaction
- Prospecting for new customers
- Following up with sold and unsold customers
- Learning about our products
