Trading Academy is hiring a Sales Consultant / Enrollment Specialist to engage warm, highly motivated prospects at our live and virtual educational events. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role — helping individuals determine whether our financial education programs fit their goals. All leads are provided. No cold calling. Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience (B2C preferred, high-ticket or intangible sales a plus)
• Lead discovery conversations that uncover personal goals and outcomes to support informed enrollment decisions
• Consultative selling, Sandler style, with strong listening and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, growth-oriented mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage warm prospects at Trading Academy seminars and orientations
• Lead discovery conversations to understand goals, experience, and fit
• Recommend education pathways based on individual needs
• Guide prospects through enrollment using an ethical, consultative approach
• Track activity and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM
• Partner with instructors and operations to support the student experience
