Requirements

  • 2 years experience of face to face or digital sales and customer service experience.
  • Solid communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Personal Auto Insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail, automotive, banking, or cellular sales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth information online, on the phone, or in person regarding both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Conduct walk arounds with customers demonstrating vehicle features.
  • Follow up on all sales leads.
  • Answer all online leads 'conversations' within dealership time standards.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all products.
  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month.
  • Complete sales order and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Utilize dealership sales control and follow up systems.
