Responsibilities
- Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain the sales database.
- Present products to customers.
- Shop the area competition.
Requirements
- No new homes sales experience required.
- A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred.
- Ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license.
