Requirements

  • Sales experience (automotive a plus!) and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • A confident communicator who knows how to listen, engage, and close the deal.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and not afraid of working hard to earn big.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems and digital tools — or a quick learner.
  • Available for evenings and weekends (we hustle when our customers shop).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Build genuine relationships with customers to understand their needs and help them find the perfect vehicle.
  • Lead customers through the buying journey — from test drives to trade-ins, financing options, and finalizing the sale.
  • Stay sharp by learning about the latest Nissan models, features, and industry trends.
  • Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete, following all dealership and regulatory guidelines.
  • Deliver five-star service before, during, and after the sale — because repeat business is the best business.
  • Collaborate with a team that’s got your back — sales, finance, service — we’re all in this together.
