About The Position

The Sales Consultant - Residential position at Renewal by Andersen involves engaging with homeowners in the Bay area to provide tailored window and door replacement solutions. Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license (required).
• Comfortable traveling approximately 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• A strong desire and ability to close the sale.
• Evening and weekend availability (required).

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the Bay area.
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process based on honesty and integrity.
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
