Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred, but not necessary).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions with professionalism.
  • A team player with a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and create an exceptional experience for every customer.
  • Guide clients through the vehicle selection, test drive, and financing process.
  • Leverage training, tools, and technology to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Stay informed on vehicle specs, finance options, and dealership programs.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients using our state-of-the-art CRM system.
