Requirements

• Knowledge of legal documents used to support applicable loan/lease processing.
• Ability to identify and resolve or escalate complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan/lease documentation and preparation.
• Ability to master the financial partners documentation software.
• Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, professional environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• 2-4 years of experience in finance and insurance processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information from commercial customers within designated time frames.
• Communicate with staff, customers/clients, financial partners, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file.
• Submit commercial credit applications to various financial partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer service standards.
• Assist in selling, administering and managing in-house lease portfolios.
• Develop relationships across the business to be a trusted resource and problem solver on financial lease issues.
• Assist with additional projects, tasks and analysis to help support decisions, resolve issues or support other business needs
