This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. Handling all incoming phone and internet leads, contacting the clients and through superb product knowledge and customer handling skills, will schedule daily appointments. Upon arrival the coordinator will meet & greet the client, then escort and introduce client to a representative in the sales department. Employees in this position will paid a base hourly wage ranging from the applicable minimum wage up to $20.00 per hour. However, additionally they will be paid commissions and/or bonuses, which vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approx. $50,000 to $55,000.
