About The Position

The primary responsibility for this position is to complete sales training and learn the necessary skills to become a Sales Associate or Consultant, which requires a minimum of three months of training. The role involves assisting in conducting interviews of prospects for current and future home sales, including model presentations, and providing support to new homebuyers or prospective homebuyers as needed. The individual will also serve as a back-up to other members of the sales team and will learn about local markets, competition, real estate laws, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying. Additionally, the role includes assisting with sales office administrative responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• College coursework preferred
• Appropriate license or certifications as required by the state
• Valid Driver's License because driving is an essential function of this position
• No minimum requirement for related functional experience
• Knowledge of Sales organization preferred
• Strong organizational skills and a desire to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
