The Sales Consultant at Holman Cadillac is responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle sales, ensuring a positive customer experience, and managing associated paperwork. This role involves greeting customers, conducting needs analyses, demonstrating vehicle features, negotiating sales terms, and delivering vehicles. The position emphasizes customer service and aims to maximize satisfaction while adhering to the company's core values.

  • Oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork.
  • Greets customers on the sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
  • Explains features/benefits and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
  • Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
  • Works with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates.
  • Walks the lot and visually inspects inventory.
  • Completes all paperwork and arranges for detail and delivery of vehicle.
  • Delivers and familiarizes the customer with the vehicle.
  • Maximizes the customer experience.
  • Assists Sales Manager with customer problems.
  • Attends/completes required training and department meetings.
  • High School diploma or GED; previous sales experience and college degree preferred.
  • Prior sales/customer service experience is preferred.
