About The Position

The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving the sale of assigned bank products and services within the Glenview / Chicago, IL market. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and banking partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored financial solutions. The Sales Consultant will work independently to meet revenue, volume, and market share objectives, while staying informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. The Sales Consultant will operate remotely but will require frequent traveling in the Glenview / Chicago, IL area and must reside within reasonable distance from the market territory due to frequent commute. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and comfortable working with Korean-speaking clients and partners, providing culturally relevant financial guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of relevant sales experience.
  • Bilingual, English and Korean.
