Requirements

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the business environment.
• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• The physical demands include but are not limited to walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
• Working in the varying weather elements will occur.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, and / or hospitality industry preferred but not required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Working with Sales Managers for proper vehicle selection
• P rofessional and knowledgeable vehicle test drive and purchase option presentation.
• Work directly with our team and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
• Maintain a high level of customer service scores and online reviews.
