Requirements

• 3+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in AV, smart home, or technology solutions
• Strong passion for emerging tech and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
• Technical aptitude and a strong sense of design and aesthetics
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AV systems, automation platforms (e.g., Savant, Lutron), or control systems (preferred)
• Industry certifications (CEDIA, Savant, Lutron) or relevant technical education (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Engage with residential and commercial clients to understand their lifestyle, business needs, and technology goals
• Design and present custom smart home and AV solutions that blend innovation with functionality
• Lead the sales process from initial consultation through proposal, closing, and project handoff
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
• Stay current on the latest trends in smart technology, automation, and AV systems
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and designers
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent Endurance IT Services at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
