About The Position

Audi Flatirons is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join their team and contribute to the Holman Family. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of vehicle sales, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from the initial greeting to the final delivery of the vehicle. Your responsibilities will include performing a thorough needs analysis to understand the customer's preferences regarding make, type, and features of the vehicle they desire. You will explain the features and benefits of various models, demonstrating their operation both in the showroom and on the road. As a Sales Consultant, you will utilize a computer database to research the availability of models and optional equipment, working closely with Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance (F&I) personnel to negotiate sales prices and lease payments. You will also be responsible for visually inspecting inventory, completing all necessary paperwork, and arranging for the detailing and delivery of vehicles. Your goal will be to maximize the customer experience, assisting the Sales Manager with any customer-related issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be expected to attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings to stay updated on company policies and sales techniques. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while tailoring methods and techniques to meet sales requirements. You will need to ensure that all documentation is properly obtained and completed for each sales transaction, while also meeting attendance and scheduled hours requirements. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers, sales management, and F&I personnel regularly. The ideal candidate will possess strong listening skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience.
