About The Position

The Sales Concierge (Porter) moves and cleans vehicles, keeps used vehicles in sound working condition and helps the vehicle manager as requested.

A professional with the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
A professional with the ability to ready and interpret documents.
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Positive attitude.
Strong work ethic.
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record and adherence to all driving laws.
Experience providing quality customer service
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
Ability to maneuver large SUVs in small spaces.
A valid driver's license
All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment. Pre-Employment testing includes a background check and drug testing.

Transporting customers and dealership personnel as needed.
Assisting with customer deliveries.
Ensuring all window stickers are properly placed on newly arrived vehicles for display on the sales floor or lot.
Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom, and lot.
Set up and remove displays and associated material for special events.
Supports Sales Managers and Consultants with vehicle movement and placement.
Building and grounds maintenance as needed.
Starts vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns.
Keeps vehicles fueled.
Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice. such as spare tires and radio and stereo equipment.
Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
Always keep the cars locked.
Assign stock control numbers to cars.
Catalog and store keys.
Run miscellaneous errands for the store.
Drive safely and responsibly.
Other duties or projects as assigned by Management.
