The Seller Experience team within WWIC is a dynamic, collaborative team that is responsible for effectively landing messages around key incentive compensation initiatives. The team ensures sellers have the information they need to understand their incentive compensation plans and opportunities for additional earning. The Sales Compensation Manager - Communications will be creating detailed content for use by sellers and the functions that support them, including help desk and operations. You will develop a deep understanding of the business, operations, and incentive plan structure, and partner with stakeholders to develop support communications, training, and content for sellers on incentive compensation plans.
