As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will partner with the team and own the execution and continuous improvement of all existing incentive plans within our compensation administration platform. Through your work, you will become a resident expert on our sales incentive plans across multiple countries, teams, and product types, combining this expertise with savvy data management and systems knowledge to ensure that we're able to enact sales strategy across the organization and that our sales team are compensated accurately and timely for their contributions. As a member of the Accounting and Finance team you'll partner with Sales Operations, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders to assist with critical projects like verticalization, and expansion to new countries. Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: Texas or Florida. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL if you prefer a hybrid option.
