We are currently looking for two Sales Compensation Analysts to join the Incentive Compensation and Territory Planning team. We are open to hiring the right candidates into either a Sales Compensation Analyst and a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst based off your experience. You will work directly with IDEXX’s sales professionals, take on exciting work, and add tangible value to a fast-paced organization every single day. We are always on a learning journey and are excited to have an additional teammate accompany us. This will be a multi-faceted role in which you will drive efficiency and effectiveness of the direct and indirect sales teams. You will work in a leading incentive compensation system – implementing new compensation plans as well as making modifications to existing ones. You will also perform ad-hoc compensation analysis on developing trends within sales performance, creating model scenarios to set us up for future success. In working directly with sales professionals, you will assist with the research and problem solving of sales and billing discrepancies.
