Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of seven years' experience in marketing, internal or corporate communications, preferably within a commercial environment
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; proficient with major internal communications platforms and digital tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presence and confidence interacting with senior leaders
  • High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to understand target audiences and craft high-impact messaging that distills complex information into simple, relatable terms
  • Ability to maintain high productivity while balancing competing priorities
  • Effective working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience supporting commercial, field sales, or operational teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, solutions-oriented communicator with a track record of recommending innovative approaches and thriving in a fluid, fast-paced environment
