About the position

The Scion Group is paving a path in student living, and we are seeking a talented Sales Communication Coordinator to join us in executing our vision. Based in Chicago, the Sales Communication Coordinator will play a crucial role in lead nurturing, sales messaging, and campaign execution to convert prospects into residents. In this role, you will craft compelling communications, optimize outward-facing sales messaging, and deploy scalable sales campaigns to engage potential residents and university-affiliated leads. Your efforts will have a direct impact on occupancy, lead conversion, and revenue performance across our portfolio of communities.

Responsibilities

  • Write, design, and deploy mass email communications for leads and renewing current residents.
  • Develop and deploy targeted sales campaign messaging to engage prospects and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to optimize engagement and drive conversions.
  • Create and refine messaging strategies for university lists and targeted prospect segments.
  • Update and optimize website banners to align with sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Create repeatable, scalable sales campaigns that can be executed across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with regional leasing specialists to align personalized outbound touchpoint messaging with the larger campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with the web experience team for sales messaging on websites using strategies, such as A/B testing, to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the real estate or student housing sector.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and student housing industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $55,000-$60,000 + bonus + benefits.
