Requirements

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide actionable and constructive feedback in a professional manner.
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is a plus, though we are willing to train.
A passion for helping others grow and succeed!

Responsibilities

Review and analyze sales demos using AI transcription tools to identify areas of improvement and irregularities.
Collaborate with the coaching team to develop actionable improvement plans tailored to individual sales reps.
Provide timely, constructive feedback to sales reps to enhance their demo performance and close rates.
Leverage sales analytics to track performance trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Contribute to the refinement of coaching processes and techniques to ensure continuous improvement.
Maintain swift communication with the sales team and leadership regarding coaching outcomes and action plans.
